DCB Women’s Health Educator

Women deserve to understand their bodies long before midlife. For too many, the first real conversation about hormones happens only after symptoms appear - anxiety, fatigue, cycle changes, sleep issues, weight shifts, palpitations - and by then, they feel confused, dismissed, or overwhelmed.

My goal as a Certified Whole Health Educator and Patient Advocate (CPEA), is to change that.

With more than 25 years’ experience as a cardiac care nurse and 10 years as a nurse educator, I’ve seen how deeply connected our systems are. Research shows that early habits, stress patterns, nutrient deficiencies, and hormonal shifts shape our health decades later.

Your symptoms are not random, they’re CONNECTED!

When one system shifts, others respond. Understanding these connections helps you see the full picture.

I believe women deserve education, not confusion.

Validation, not dismissal.

And a safe place to ask questions without judgment.

I help you understand how your hormones, nervous, cardiovascular, digestive, musculoskeletal, and metabolic systems interact, and how those interactions shape your symptoms, energy, mood and long-term health.

My Mission

My mission is simple:

To empower women with whole-body health education at every age so they can enter midlife informed, confident, and supported, not blindsided.

I teach women in their 20s how to understand their cycles, hormones, stress response, and early signs of imbalance.

I help women in their 30s recognize subtle shifts and build strong foundations for the future.

I guide women in their 40s and 50s through perimenopause and menopause with clarity, compassion, and whole-body understanding.

I educate women 60+ about potential long-term effects of post menopause and proactive strategies to manage health.

This is education that honors the entire lifespan because your midlife experience begins before midlife.
