As a certified health educator with a provider number, I can provide the documentation you need to submit for possible reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, so please check with your benefits provider to confirm eligibility.

Do you bill insurance directly?

I do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide an itemized receipt or documentation that you can submit to your wellness benefits program for potential reimbursement.

Can I use Health Spending Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA)?

Some clients can use HSA or FSA funds for health education services, depending on their plan. Every plan is different. I encourage you to contact your wellness benefits provider and ask whether “health education services” are covered. Many clients are pleasantly surprised to learn that they are.
